Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.
T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).

*We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling
policies. Should you need to cancel, reschedule or modify your
appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any
cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancelation
fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.
Late arrivals- session will end at the scheduled time to ensure we are on time for out next client.
*We accept credit cards and Cash.
*Monthly specials aren't eligible on previously or newly purchased gift certificates
* We provide our clients with a professional environment. Inappropriate
behavior will not be tolerated and the session will end immediately and
client will be responsible for full payment of the scheduled service.
